In the presence of the President of the University of Zakho, Dr. Nadhim S. Abdulaziz, the activities of the APPRAIS training course, organized by the University of Zakho for department heads and faculty members, were concluded on Sunday, May 15, 2023.

The course was lectured by Dr. Dler Jamil, Dr. Karwan F. Sami, Dr. Range M. Nori, Dr. Dildar H. Ahmed, Dr. Nizar I. Ali, and Mr. Islam S. Taha.

The course lasted for a month, with sessions held twice a week, during which the 58 participants received intensive lessons on the Bologna Process system, quality assurance, and global strategies for universities that aim to improve the education system, the Bologna Process, and quality assurance systems.

The project, which involves 8 universities from the Kurdistan Region and 4 European universities, emphasizes the need to develop educational systems and the importance of adopting strategies aimed at improving the quality of universities in the Kurdistan Region, ensuring quality assurance, and addressing the challenges hindering scientific development.
